Jo’s professional background spans more than 25 years with extensive ‘blue chip’ experience through holding senior positions at IBM, Ericsson and Motorola. She also has several years’ experience working as an Interim Executive across a wide variety of public, private and charitable sectors. Jo’s real passion, however, is working with people. A highly experienced coach with an ability to effectively develop individuals at all levels of an organisation, from graduate programmes to Board level, her approach is highly collaborative and is based on allowing individuals the space to explore their choices and develop inspiring, achievable goals. Our inhouse Henry Kissenger, Jo’s negotiation skills have been honed over many years of merger and acquisition work, including leading the cultural integration of those businesses. A self confessed villain, Jo takes no prisoners but if you’re in a tight spot, she’s the woman to call.
