The Culture Builders delivered a six month leadership development programme for a global leadership team for a leading entertainment company. The objectives were to increase collaboration, build resilience and upskill leaders around how they engaged and motivated their teams, ahead of a big period of change.
With geographies a challenge, the programme was designed to be 90 per cent virtual with one face to face group meeting towards the end. Incorporating live online workshops, interim team challenges, coaching pairs and weekly tips and inspiration between sessions, a dynamic and modular approach allowed time to embed learning and experiment with tools and behaviour change in-between each one. We met our goals, the team was transformed and the change was lasting.
