Over three months we engaged a large portion of their organisation to understand what people felt were the biggest change factors needed for the organisation to continue on its journey of development and cultural improvement. From this we developed a set of engaging, action focused behaviours that were honed with input from a cross-section of employees. With the final set agreed and fully designed, we supported the roll-out and initial conversations with the whole organisation.
