Over the first half of 2022 we delivered a series of workshops to the leadership team, with the aim of helping them to shape their approach to flex working. As a manufacturer, their task was a complex one, with no simple solution. Working with them, we developed a model that created ‘flex work groups’ – allowing the company to differentiate and create bespoke approaches based on individual situations.
